During my 21-year legal career I practiced complex litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, in the areas of commercial, personal injury, construction, and water law. Now I focus almost exclusively on being a neutral. This allows me to maintain neutrality and develop my skill set in conflict resolution.
