We work as independent contractors to both parties or to the organization (like AAA , FairClaims) that administers the arbitration or mediation. We are paid by each side based on the rules that the parties choose in advance. We work completely unaffiliated with either party.
ARBITRATION
We offer binding and nonbinding arbitration. We follow the set of rules set by the parties.
MEDIATION
We offer pre-dispute mediation, mediation of discovery disputes, and settlement mediation.

A hybrid process that allows party witnesses to appear by Zoom
Online dispute resolution allows the parties the time and cost savings of appearing via videoconference (such as Zoom). All parties must agree in advance to rules which ensure the integrity of the proceedings. For example, any witness appearing by Zoom must be in a room alone, with no notes, and willing to move their camera in a 360 degree direction at any time if requested.
